How long does it take to build and ship my watch?
All configurator watches are hand-assembled to order and typically take 1–2 weeks to build before shipping. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times vary by location.
How does the Watch Configurator work?
Our configurator lets you design a fully custom watch by selecting your preferred model, case, dial, and hands. Once you submit your build, our team assembles it by hand and ships it directly to you. Every configurator build is unique and made specifically for you.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Pre-built watches can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unworn condition. Custom configurator builds are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are assembled to your specific selections.
What does the warranty cover?
All pre-built watches come with a 30-day movement warranty from the date of delivery. This covers mechanical defects in the movement only. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, scratches, or damage from misuse or unauthorized modification.
Where are your watches assembled?
Every S24 Handmade watch is proudly assembled in Canada by our team. We take pride in the quality and care that goes into every single build.
What movements do you use?
We use high-quality Seiko NH35A and VK63 movements, renowned for their reliability, accuracy, and long-term repairability — a staple in the watch modding community for good reason.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $300. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below that threshold and are calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
How do I care for my watch?
Keep your watch away from extreme temperatures, strong magnetic fields, and water unless it is specified as water-resistant. If you're not wearing your automatic watch daily, wind it periodically to keep the movement active. Professional servicing every 3–5 years will keep everything running smoothly.
What if my watch arrives damaged?
Contact us at info@s24handmade.com within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will review your case and make it right.
