By accessing or using the S24 Handmade website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site.

Products

All watches sold by S24 Handmade are handcrafted Seiko modifications assembled in Canada. Product photos are representative of the finished build and may vary slightly in appearance due to the handmade nature of each piece.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product or configuration at any time without notice.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your payment information.

Custom Configurator Orders

Custom configurator builds are made to order based on your specific selections. By submitting a configurator order, you acknowledge that:

  • The build is assembled specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Production begins after payment is confirmed
  • The final product may have minor variations inherent to handmade assembly

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and design, is the property of S24 Handmade and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

S24 Handmade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any matter related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
